Abstract：Wanzhou-Dazhou-Kaizhou UnifiedDevelopment Demonstration Zonein Sichuan-Chongqinghasemergedasacrucial growthenginefortheChengdu-Chongqing EconomicCircle.Tofacilitatethedevelopmentof theNortheastern Sichuan-Chongqing urbanclusterandreduceregional disparies，thispaperemploysthe SBM-DEAmodeltomeasurethelogistics eficiencyof18 districtsandcountiesintheNortheasten Sichuan-Chongqingregion.Thefindingsrevealthattheaveragecomprehensiveeficiency， technicaleficiency，andscaleeficiencyoftheubancluster within Wanzhou-Dazhou-KaizhouUnifiedDevelopmentDemonstration ZoneinSichuan-ChongqingareO.37，.56andO64，respetively，inicatingsignificantdisparitiesinlogisticsefiiencybetwen districtsandcountiesandconsiderablerooforimprovementRegadingfactorsinfluencinglogistisefciencydustralstructue andinformatizationleveldemonstratesignificantpositiveefects，whereasenvironmentalprotectionandsocialconsumptionlevels exhibitinhibitigeects.Theimpactsofurbandevelopment，foreigtradlevel，andgoverentsupportarefoundtobeisiiicant.
