Abstract： Inordertoachieveascientificandefectiveevaluationofthequalitymanagementofaireraftsparepartssupport，an evaluationindexsystemforthequalitymanagementofaircraftsparepartssupportisconstructedincombinationwiththequality managementtheoryof"allelements，thewholeproces，andallpersonnel"Basedonthedeterminationoftheprinciplesand procedures fortheevaluationofthequaltymanagementofaircraftsparepartssupport，a preliminaryindexsystemisconstructed fromsixaspects：supportpersonel，supportequipment，lawsandregulations，airraftsparepartsacquisitionairraftspararts storage，andaireraftsparepartssuply.Throughthemethodofquestionairesurvey，theopinionsofauthorittiveexpertsand front-lineaircraftsparepartssupportpersonnelarecomprehensivelyobtained.Theindexoptimizationmethodssuchasindividual inspection，concentration，dispersionandcordinationareapliedtoforasoundandscientificevaluationindexsysteforthe quality management of aircraft spare parts support.
