Abstract：Atpresent，theintegrateddevelopmentoflogisticsandmanufacturingindustryhasreceivedextensiveattention，but thereisalackofrelevantresearchonthecorespondingtalentculivationmodel.Tispaperfocusesontheresearchtopicof "talant cultivationintheintegrationoflogisticsandmanufacturingindustry".Inthispaper，atotalof47articlesinCNKIandWOS databases inthepast15yearsfrom2010to2O24 werebibliometricanalyzedbyusing CiteSpace visualanalysis tchnology.Thispaper summarizesthecurrentresearchstatusandhottopicsinthefeldoftalentcultivationof"integrationoftwoindustries"byusing the methods ofkeywordfrequencyanalysis，keywordcoocurrenceanalysisandkeywordclusteranalysis，andanalyzestheotisues inthefieldoftalentcultivationinte"ntegrationoftwoidustrs".Teresultsshowthatdierentteoreticalhspotshaveben formedidomesticandforeignresearchonthe"integrationoftwoindustries"talentcultivation.Domesticstudyfocusesonthe foundationanddevelopmentmodel，andforeignstudyfocusesonthecommonhotspotoftechnologyandsystemof new-typetalent cultivatioasedon"integrationoftwoindustries"Finall，thispapermakessugestionsforthefuturedevelopmentoftalent cultivationinthe"integrationoftwoindustries"basedontheresearchresultsinordertopromotethein-depthresearchoftalent cultivation in the "integration of two industries".
