Abstract: Chinafacesa massiveannualscaleoflead-acidbateryscrappage,withinformalrecycling methodscausingsignificant environmentalharm.Althoughgovernmentdepartmentshaveintroducedaseriesofmanagementpoliciesinrecentyears,the industrystillencountersnumerousgovernancechallenges.Basedontedificultyofimplementingextendedproducerresposibility (EPR)undertheentrustedrecycling model,thispaperconstructsatripartiteevolutionarygamemodelinvolvingproducersand recyclersinthepowerbateryreversesupplychain,meanwhile,consideringgovernmentinvolvementinregulation.Byanalyingthe confictsamong stakeholdersandconductingsmulationanalysisusingMatlab2018b,thestudyexplorestheevolutionarytrajectoriesand stabilitycharacteristicsofsystemequilibrumpointsunderdiferentparameterscenarios.Aunivariateanalysisofkeyinfluencing factorsisperformedtosummarizetheirmechanisms.Finalymanagementrecommendationsareproposedbasednthemodelaalysis.
