Abstract: Inthecontextlowcarbon,coldchain logistics,asahighenergyconsuming industry,hasbecomeanimportant issuforsustainabledevelopment.Thisarticleconductsresearchontheeffciencycoldchainlogisticsfromalow-carbon perspective,colectingpaneldatafromfourprovincesintheYangtzeRiverDeltafrom2018to202.Firstly,Super-Eficiency SBMmodelisusedtostaticallymeasurethecoldchain logistcseficiencyeach province.Then,startingfromtheoveal perspective,theGMLindexisusedtoexplorethespatialeficiencychangescoldchainlogisticsintheeastercoastal provincesunderthedualcarbonbackground.Theresultsindicatethattherearesignificantdiferencesineficiencyvaluesamong provinces,andoverall,thecoldchainlogisticsficienyintheYangtzeRiverDeltaregionisstillaceptable.Froaspatial perspective,theefciencycoldchainlogisticsshowsafluctuatingtrend.Basedonthis,relevantsuggestionsareproposed from local tooverall,inorder toprovidereferenceforthedevelopmentcoldchainlogisticsintheYangtzeRiverDeltaregion.
