Microbial Control Techniques in Food Preservation

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of living standards,the public is increasingly concerned about food safety issues.Microbial controltechnology playsa key role in ensuring fod safety.It can not only reduce microbial contamination in food,ensure food hygieneandsafetybut also extend the shelf lifeoffood,prevent spoilageand mold,andsignificantlyimprovetheoverallsafetylevel of the fod industry.Basedonthis,thisarticle analyzes the types and causes of microbial contamination in food preservation,and deeply explores common microbial control techniques in food preservation, in order to provide valuable references for practitioners in related fields.
