Abstract: At a time when food safety issues are frequent, inspection and testing,as a key link in ensuring fod safety,hasreceived increasingatentionforitsqualitycontrol.Thisarticlesystematicallyanalyzes thequalitycontrol methods of the entire process of food inspection and testing,including sample collction and pretreatment before testing,physicalandchemical,microbiological, immunological andrapid testingqualitycontrol during testing,and data quality control system after testing,providing a theoretical basis for improving the level offood safety testing.
