Food Safety Risks and Countermeasures in the Rapid Development of the Pre-Prepared Food Industry

Abstract: With the accelerated pace of life of consumers and the iterative upgrading of the catering market, the pre-prepared food industry has ushered in rapid development,and the market size has shown an exponential expansion trend,becomingan important growth point in the fod industry.Pre-prepared food have gradually gained favor among household consumers and catering companies due to their convenience,standardization and rich taste choices.However,there are stillmany food safety risks in the production and circulation of pre-prepared food. This article systematically sorts out the main food safety isues facing the pre-prepared food industryand explores corresponding countermeasures,including strict raw material traceability management,optimization of production process,improvement of label management system,strengthening ofcold chain logistics monitoring and optimization of warehousing management standards, in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the pre-prepared food industry.
