Abstract： This paper expounds the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development in food processing，and analyzes theresearch and development layout offood processing technology indetail，including the implementationof moderate processing technology，nutritionand health processing technology，strengthening industryuniversity-research cooperation and technology innovation platform construction，and promoting the innovation and development of main food procesing technology. At the same time，the development strategy of grain processng technologyisputforward，includingmarketdemandorientation，high-qualitydevelopment，technologicalioation and industrial upgrading， green and sustainable development， talent trainingand team building， in order to provide ideas for the environmental protection and sustainable development of grain industry.
