Abstract: Under the background that green development has become the mainstream trend of agricultural development,the collaborativedevelopment ofagricultural product quality and brandbuilding is of great significance to enhance the competitivenessof agricultural products.As a special agricultural product, Zhalantun black fungus has a certain industrial scale and market foundation. Basedon thedata of its industry status,this paper analyzes the necesity and existing diffculties of synergy between quality and brand building under the concept of green development, and puts forward targeted collaborative strategies,aiming at providing some new ideas for the sustainable development of black fungus industry in Zhalantun.
