山茶油中邻苯二甲酸酯含量测定不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of Phthalate Content in Camellia Oil

Abstract： In this paper，according to GB 5009.271—2016，the content of3 kinds of phthalates in camellia oil was determined by external standard method，the source of uncertainty was analyzed，and the component of uncertainty was synthesized.The results showed that when the content of dibutyl phthalate in camelia oil was 0.68mg.kg-1 ， the extended uncertainty was 0.080mg.kg-1 .When bis（2-n-butoxyethyl）phthalate content is （20 0.68mg.kg-1 ，the extended uncertainty is 0.054mg⋅kg-1 .When the content of disononyl phthalate is 10.60mg-kg-1 ， the extended uncertainty is 2.34mg.kg-1 . The main sources of uncertainty in the test are linear fitting of calibration curve， preparation of standard solution and measurement repeatability.
