Abstract： With the rapid development of technology， the feld of food inspection is gradually moving towards intelligenceIntelligentfoodispecioologyithitsdatagesofghiencyccuacyadiiiyis playing an increasingly important role in improving food quality.This paper deeply explores the current situation of the intelligentdevelopmentoffoodinspection，analyzes itskeytechnologies indetail，andlooks forwardtothefuture development trends，aiming to provide theoretical references for promoting the healthy development of the fod industry.
