Optimization of Determination Conditions of Sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate Content in Melon Seeds by Gas Chromatography

Abstract: This study optimized a gas chromatography method for determining Sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate content in melon seeds. Results demonstrated that under the optimized conditions of 4mL sulfuric acid solution, 4mL sodium nitrite solution,and 5 shaking cycles,sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate exhibited good linearity in the range of 6μg⋅mL-1 to 600μg⋅mL-1 ,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. The recovery rate ranged from 93.5% to 99.2% ,and the relative standard deviations were 1.96% to 2.41% .The optimized method demonstrated advantages including lowreagent consumption,stable reproducibility,and high detection efficiency, efectively meeting the requirements for quantitative analysis of sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in melon seeds.
