Abstract: Chromatography, as an efficient and sensitive separation and analysis technique, has important application value in the field offood additive detection.There are various types of food additives,including preservatives,colorants,sweteners,etc.Their usemust be strictlycontrolled within safe limits toensure food safety. Chromatography, with its high separation ability,sensitivity,and good selectivity,can achieve precise separation, identification,and quantitative analysis of various additives incomplex food matrices.This article systematically explores the advantages and specific applications of chromatography in the detection of food additives,aiming to improve detection eficiency and accuracy,provide reliable scientific basis for food safety supervision,and beter safeguard public health.
