食品添加剂发展研究进展

摘 要：食品添加剂是食品工业的重要组成部分，在一定程度上能反映国家食品工业的发展水平。在工业现代化和各类新兴食品的快速发展趋势下，食品添加剂发展相对落后，限制了我国食品工业化的发展。本文主要对食品添加剂的发展历程进行阐述，为推动我国食品工业化的发展提供借鉴。

Research Progress on the Development of Food Additives

Abstract： Food additives are an important part of the food industry， which can reflect the development level of the national food industry to a certain extent. Under the rapid development trend of industrial modernization and various emerging foods， the development of food additives is relatively backward， which limits the development of food industrialization in China. This paper mainly expounds the development process of food additives， so as to provide reference for promoting the development of food industrialization in China.

在我国，食品添加剂应用于食品的生产加工历史悠久，早在大汶口时期就已有历史记载食品添加剂应用于酒的酿造，在周朝时期，人们还会使用肉桂增强食品的香味等[1]。（剩余4089字）
