高校食堂食品安全监管工作模式分析与管理对策
摘 要:食品安全是高校健康发展的保证和基础。高校食堂作为广大师生就餐的重要场所,食品安全管理工作尤为重要。本文通过对高校食堂经营管理模式的分析,对食品安全管理中出现的各类问题进行研究分析,为进一步做好高校后勤管理工作奠定基础。

Analysis and Management Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision Work Mode in College Canteens

Abstract: Food safety is the guarantee and foundation of the healthy development of colleges and universities.As an important place for the majority of teachers and students to eat, food safety management is particularly important.This paper analyzes the management mode of university canteen and analyzes the various problems of food safety management, which lays the foundation for further university logistics management.
