摘 要:现阶段,食品添加剂是食品生产加工行业中常用的物质,在现代食品加工处理方面具有十分关键的作用。本文针对液相色谱法在食品防腐剂检测中的应用展开研究,分析违规使用或过量使用食品添加剂造成的各种食品安全问题,根据食品添加剂对人们生命健康造成的影响,总结工作经验,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。

Application of Liquid Chromatography in the Detection of Food Preservatives

Abstract: At present, food additives are commonly used substances in the food production and processing industry, and have a very key role in modern food processing.This paper studies the application of liquid chromatography in the detection of food preservatives, analyzes various food safety problems caused by illegal use or excessive use of food additives, according to the impact of food additives on people’s lives and health, summarizes relevant work experience, and hopes to provide reference for relevant researchers.

当使用大量防腐剂后,食品中的重金属含量会严重超标,消费者在购买并食用添加剂含量严重超标的食物后,体内的重金属元素会不断蓄积,进而导致慢性中毒情况的发生。(剩余3880字)
