Application of Rapid Detection of Food Safety in Food Production and Processing Enterprises

Abstract: Utilizing the value of fast food inspection technology can effectively make up for the defects of traditional inspection technology, such as high requirements for equipment, cumbersome pre-processing procedures, and low efficiency, and further ensure my country’s food safety. To this end, this article discusses the application and development of food safety fast inspection technology in detail, hoping to help the healthy development of the food industry.

1 从食品安全角度分析食品快检技术的价值
