食品检验检测的质量控制及细节问题研究

摘 要：近年来，我国食品行业取得了巨大成就，年均食品出口量不断增长，但地沟油、瘦肉精等安全问题层出不穷，给人们的身体健康及生命安全带来了潜在威胁，不利于食品行业的可持续发展。食品安全关系着社会秩序的稳定，因此做好食品检验检测工作确保食品安全具有重大的意义。

Study on Quality Control and Details of Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract： In recent years， food industry has made great achievements in our country， and the average annual food export volume has been increasing， but safety issues such as waste oil and clenbuterol are emerging one after another， which poses potential threats to people’s health and safety and is unfavorable for the sustainable development of food industry. Food safety is related to the stability and order of society， therefore， it is of great significance to do a good job in food inspection and testing to ensure food safety.

食品生产厂家在生产、加工、销售食品的过程中，必须要做好食品检验检测工作，应将样品送至专业食品检验机构进行成分检测，判断食品是否符合入市标准。（剩余4185字）
