餐饮企业厨房精细化管理研究
摘 要:随着科学技术和生产力的发展,中国餐饮业发生了很大的变化,在发展过程中餐饮企业厨房管理存在许多问题。因此,在餐饮厨房管理过程中实施精细化管理非常有必要。本文分析了精细化管理在餐饮企业厨房管理中应用的意义和餐饮企业厨房的现状,并提出加强餐饮企业厨房精细化管理的措施。

Research on the Fine Management of Kitchens in Catering Enterprises

Abstract: With the development of science, technology and productivity, great changes have taken place in China’s catering industry. In the process of development, there are many problems in the kitchen management of catering enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to implement fine management in the process of catering kitchen management. This paper analyzes the significance of the application of fine management in the kitchen management of catering enterprises and the current situation of the kitchen of catering enterprises, and puts forward the measures to strengthen the fine management of the kitchen of catering enterprises.
