Abstract: This article introduces the significance of microbial detection technology from the perspective of theoretical analysis, and clarifies the basic indicators and characteristics of microbial detection technology. At the same time, the types of methods and application processes of microbial detection technology were summarized, as well as the application of microbial detection technology in food safety testing, in order to provide technical support for people’s food safety.
