浅谈食品检验机构抽检样品规范化管理及合格备份样品再利用

摘 要:食品检验机构在食品安全监管中具有重要作用,其抽检样品管理及合格备份样品的再利用对于提高检测工作效率和减少资源浪费具有重要意义。本文通过对食品安全样品管理的分析,总结了食品检验机构抽检样品的管理要求,探讨了合格备份样品的处置方式,为食品检验机构规范化管理提供了依据。

Discussion on Standardized Management of Sampling Samples in Food Inspection Institutions and Reuse of Qualified Backup Samples

Abstract: Food inspection agencies play an important role in food safety supervision. The management of sampled samples and the reuse of qualified backup samples are of great significance for improving testing efficiency and reducing resource waste. This article analyzes the management of food safety samples, summarizes the management requirements for sampling samples by food inspection institutions, and explores the disposal methods of qualified backup samples, providing a basis for standardized management of food inspection institutions.
