摘 要：对白酒进行检测是保证白酒正常生产，维持白酒质量，稳定白酒市场秩序的必要手段。本文综述了液相色谱分析法在白酒检测中的应用，并对白酒质量控制发展进行展望，为白酒生产和质量监控提供参考。

Application Analysis of Liquid Chromatography in Baijiu Detection

Abstract： Liquor testing is a necessary means to ensure the normal production of liquor， maintain the quality of liquor and stabilize the order of liquor market. This paper summarized the research results of liquid chromatography in Baijiu detection， and prospects the development of Baijiu quality control， so as to provide reference for Baijiu production and quality monitoring.
