试论计量控制在食品质量安全检测中的应用

摘 要：近年来，人们的生活水平不断提高，对生活品质的追求也不断提高，食品质量安全问题受到社会的广泛关注。提高食品质量安全检测水平，保证食品安全成为目前急需解决的重点问题。计量控制在食品质量安全检测中的应用逐渐得到重视，必须通过计量控制提升食品质量安全的检测效果，保证食品生产和食品消费的安全性。

Abstract： In recent years， people’s living standards have been continuously improved， and their pursuit of quality of life has also been continuously improved. The problem of food quality and safety has been widely concerned by the society. Improving the level of food quality and safety inspection and ensuring food safety have become the key issues that need to be solved urgently. The application of metrological control in food quality and safety testing has gradually received attention. It is necessary to improve the testing effect of food quality and safety through metrological control to ensure the safety of food production and consumption.
