摘 要:目的:微生物检测技术在生活饮用水检验中的应用效果分析。方法:研究抽取180份生活饮用水(枯水期90份,丰水期90份),将枯水期与丰水期的饮用水标本分别进行滤膜法实验(即对照组)与多管发酵法(即观察组),根据其检查结果评估枯水期、丰水期的微生物检出情况。结果:两组枯水期、丰水期大肠菌群检出率、杂菌检出率无显著差异(P>0.05),与对照组相比,观察组枯水期、丰水期大肠埃希菌检出率、耐热大肠菌群检出率偏高(P

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the application effect of microbial detection technology in drinking water inspection. Method: 180 drinking water samples (90 in dry season and 90 in wet season) were selected, and the samples of drinking water in dry season and wet season were tested by filter membrane method (control group) and multi-tube fermentation method (observation group) respectively, and the microbial detection in dry season and wet season was evaluated according to the inspection results.
