三聚氰胺前处理优化的检测方法

摘 要:本文主要阐述了乳及乳制品中三聚氰胺前处理的方法,在《原料乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺检测方法》(GB/T 22388—2008)的基础之上进行优化改进,优化前处理步骤,将先过滤再定容改变为先定容再过滤,加标回收率得到提高,准确性更强。

An Optimized Detection Method for Melamine Pretreatment

Abstract: The pretreatment method of melamine in milk and dairy products was introduced. Based on the method of detection of melamine in raw milk and dairy products of GB/T 22388—2008, the pretreatment steps were optimized. The rate of recovery is improved and the accuracy is stronger by changing the first filtration and then the fixed volume into the first fixed volume and then filtering.
