乳制品冷链物流技术发展现状及问题分析

摘 要：随着国内线上购物的发展，人们线上购买乳制品的需求持续增加，刺激了乳制品冷链物流技术的发展。国内的乳制品冷链物流起步较晚，影响了国内乳制品的发展。本文从国内乳制品冷链物流技术的原理出发，阐述了其发展现状及趋势，并针对其现有问题提出应对策略，以促进国内食品冷链物流的发展。

Research Progress of Cold Chain Logistics Technology for Dairy Products

Abstract： With the development of online shopping in China， people’s demand for online dairy products continues to increase， which stimulates the development of dairy cold chain logistics technology. Domestic dairy cold chain logistics started late， which affected the development of domestic dairy products. Based on the principle of domestic dairy cold chain logistics technology， this paper expounds its development status and trend， and puts forward some countermeasures for its existing problems， so as to promote the development of domestic food cold chain logistics.
