智能化技术在高校餐饮服务及管理中的应用

摘 要：随着我国信息化建设的不断推进和信息技术的广泛应用，智能化技术已逐渐被运用到高校管理的各个领域，将智能技术应用于高校餐饮服务与管理是促进高校餐饮改革与发展的重要举措。本文分析了智能化技术在高校餐饮服务及管理中应用的必要性，并针对性提出智能化技术在高校餐饮服务及管理中的应用途径。

Application of Intelligent Technology in Catering Service and Management in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： With the continuous promotion of China’s information construction and the wide application of information technology， intelligent technology has been gradually applied to various fields of university management， applying intelligent technology to catering service and management in colleges and universities is an important measure to promote the reform and development of catering in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the necessity of applying intelligent technology in catering service and management in colleges and universities， it also puts forward the application ways of intelligent technology in college catering service and management.

1 智能化技术在高校餐饮服务及管理中应用的必要性

随着我国社会经济持续快速发展，高校办学规模不断扩大，学生人数逐渐增加，师生对饮食的要求越来越高，供餐品种多样化需求不断提高;原材料、水电能源价格、人工成本加速上升使得饭菜价格和饭菜质量难以把控;大学生生活节奏的加快使得餐饮管理人员跟不上学生的饮食需求;校园周边餐饮业火爆兴起冲击着校园食品安全;蔬菜农残检测及追溯难度较大;餐饮具洗消后的化学残留及洗净度检测跟不上食品安全需要;食品材料存储管控效率低存在食品安全隐患;餐饮服务全流程督查检查广度和深度不够;大学生维权意识增强对食品安全投诉越来越多;餐厅从业人员文化水平参差不齐，服务水平提高难度大;餐饮浪费现象严重;餐厨垃圾未能得到有效处理污染环境等问题不断凸显，传统的经验式的餐饮管理已经不能满足现代餐饮服务需求[1]。（剩余3913字）
