餐饮业存在的食品安全问题及改进策略

摘 要：餐饮业的食品安全问题关乎着众多消费者的生命安全，所以餐饮食品安全尤为重要。本文对我国现阶段餐饮业面临的主要问题进行剖析，并提出有效的解决对策，以期进一步提高我国餐饮业的食品卫生安全意识，同时为人们的食品安全提供保障。

Food Safety Problems and Improvement Strategies in Catering Industry

Abstract： Food safety issues in the catering industry are related to the life safety of many consumers， so catering food safety is particularly important. This paper analyzes the main problems faced by my country’s catering industry at this stage， and proposes effective solutions， in order to further improve the food hygiene and safety awareness of my country’s catering industry， and at the same time provide guarantees for people’s food safety.
