粮油检验监督在食品安全中的作用

摘 要：粮油检验监督在食品安全管理中的意义重大，但从当前很多地区的粮油检验监督工作现状来看，仍存在很多不足。基于此，本文分析了粮油检验监督在食品安全中的作用及粮油检验监督工作的发展现状，提出了粮油检验监督工作的优化策略，有助于食品安全工作的全面推进。

Abstract： Grain and oil inspection and supervision is of great significance in food safety management， but from the current situation of grain and oil inspection and supervision in many regions， there are still many deficiencies. Based on this， this paper analyzes the role of grain and oil inspection and supervision in food safety and the development status of grain and oil inspection and supervision， and puts forward optimization strategies for grain and oil inspection and supervision， which is conducive to the overall promotion of food safety.

粮食和食品安全关乎国家的长治久安，在长时间的农业与食品行业发展中，国家对粮油检验、食品安全都提出了越来越高的要求，为促进食品安全目标的全面实现，各个地区都应立足于自身的发展情况，加大在粮油检验监督方面的投入，以发挥粮油检验监督在食品安全中对生产企业、社会和个体的积极作用。（剩余3666字）
