基于食品安全背景简析食品检测工作创新发展路径  

摘 要：食品安全与人们的日常生活息息相关，而食品检测工作直接影响食品安全。因此，需在发展的过程中加强食品检测工作创新，确保食品检测工作可满足不同时期的食品检测需要，为食品安全控制提供科学依据。本文阐述了食品安全背景，分析了基于食品安全背景的食品检测工作问题，提出了食品检测工作创新方向及发展路径。

Analysis on the Innovative Development Path of Food Testing Work Based on the Background of Food Safety

Abstract： Food safety is closely related to people’s daily life， and food testing directly affects food safety. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the innovation of food testing in the process of development， ensure that food testing can meet the needs of food testing in different periods， and provide a scientific basis for food safety control. This paper expounds the background of food safety， analyzes the problems of food testing based on the background of food safety， and puts forward the innovation direction and development path of food testing.
