摘 要:食品的生产质量及安全是社会各界关注的焦点问题。对于广大食品生产厂而言,若想保证食品的生产质量及安全,需积极探讨更多监管手段,高效落实食品生产质量各项监管工作。因此,本文主要探讨食品生产相关企业实现质量安全有效提升的对策,便于今后高效落实食品生产质量及其安全的各项监管工作。

Some Thoughts on Improving the Quality and Safety of Food Production Enterprises

Abstract: The quality and safety of food production is the focus of attention from all walks of life. For the majority of food production plants, if they want to ensure the quality and safety of food production, they need to actively explore more supervision methods and effectively implement various supervision work on food production quality. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the countermeasures for food production-related enterprises to effectively improve the quality and safety, so as to facilitate the efficient implementation of various supervision work on food production quality and safety in the future.
