新形势下社区团购的食品安全风险及监管对策

摘 要：随着近几年经济的发展，社区团购成为了人们新的购物方式。在社区团购的商品中，新鲜的蔬菜水果奶制品成为热销品，生鲜产品对环境的要求较高，存在的食品安全问题也必须引起重视。为了维护消费者等相关群体的利益，本文讨论了新形势下社区团购的特点及存在的食品安全风险，并提出了相应的监管对策。

Food Safety Risk and Supervision Countermeasures of Community Group-Buying Under the New Situation

Abstract： With the development of economy in recent years， community group buying has become a new way of shopping for people. Among the commodities purchased by the community， fresh vegetables， fruits and dairy products have become hot-selling products， and fresh products have higher requirements on the environment. The resulting food safety issues must also be paid enough attention to. In order to safeguard the interests of consumers and other related groups， this paper discusses the characteristics of community group buying and the existing food safety risks under the new situation， and proposes corresponding regulatory countermeasures.

社区团购是以真实的小区为单位，采用线上开团预售，顾客自助下单，线下约定日期自提的销售模式，将之前的点对点的配送方式改为点对面的配送方式，成为了一种全新的网络团购服务模式。（剩余4317字）
