芦笋的营养保健作用及其加工研究进展  

摘 要：芦笋因富含多种营养成分且具有保健功能，成为近年来的研究热点。本文综述了芦笋的营养保健作用及近年来的芦笋加工研究进展，为芦笋产业的发展提供参考。

Abstract： Asparagus has become a research hotspot in recent years because it is rich in various nutrients and has health-care functions. This paper reviews the nutritional and health care effects of asparagus and the research progress of asparagus processing in recent years， in order to provide reference for the development of asparagus industry.
