Abstract：ThispaperofersaniconologicalanalysisoftheThangkaGesar：HorseRacingforKingshipfromtheRebgongregion， withaparticularfocusontheroleofcolor.Byexploringthereligioussymbolsm，culturalpsychologyandaestheticexpion of colors in the Thangka，thisstudy reveals the deper meanings embedded within Tibetan Buddhist art.Thefindings sugest thatcolor notonlyenhances visual impact but alsoserves asakeyvehicleforconveyingethnic identity，religiousbeliefs，and collective memory.TheThangkastandsasbothasacredobjectandavibrantculturalartifact，reflectingthespiritual worldand aesthetic values of the Tibetan people.
