Abstract：This paper explores theformationofElGreco'scolorstyle toexaminehowhisconceptualizationofcolorrelates to imitatingnatureandartisticexpresion.Itanalyzeshisstyletechnicalmethodsandartisticideasthroughthreeanglestracing the evolutionofhiscoloristiccharacteristics;assesing theroleofunderpainting inhischromatictechniques;and intepeting howlight-colorinteractionsreflectlateRenaissancestylisticshiftsandmedievalinfluences.Testudyshowshiscolorstylewas ablendoftradition，contemporaryvisualculture，ndsubjectivevision：notjustmereimitationofnature.Byhighlightingcolor's expressive essence and subjective power，he prefigured modern art's focusonautonomy over realism，earning his status as an early "modernist".
