Abstract：TheexcavationoftheJiahu Siteisofextremelyhighacademicimportanceforthemulti-facetedresearchonthe NeolithiccultureinteupperreachesoftheHuaiheRiver.incetheJiahuSiteislocatedinauralareaitssignificancehasnot beenfullyemphasizedandhasreceivedrelativelylowatentionsinceitsexcavation.Therefore，byapplyingthetheoryofdesign semiotics，ontheonehand，thisarticleanalyzesthesignifierpartofthesymbolsfromtheconcretesymbolsintheJiahuSite， andontheotherhand，analyzesthesignifiedpartofthesymbolsfromtheperspectiveofcolorsymbols.Ithenconductscreative transformationbyusing thedesign techniquesofborowingandmetaphor.Finally，through morphological abstraction，shape reorganizationandtheselectionofappropriatecolorelementsforthevisualtransformationofculturalandcreativeproducts， itaimstopromotetheinheritanceanddevelopmentoftheJiahuSitethroughculturalandcreativedesignandcolorinovation. Moreover，italsohascertainsignificanceandvalueforpromotingthedevelopmentoftheruralrevitalizationstrategythrough design.
