AbstractToadapt to the new requirements offundingand education work incolleges anduniversities in the new era,this study takes the Conservation of Resources Theoryas its framework.Byanalyzing the practical predicaments incollege fundingand education work,it proposes funding andeducationpaths fromthedimensions oftechnicalempowerment,quality improvement,cultural infiltration,anddynamicadjustment,soas torealize the transformation from "economic poverty alleviation" to "resource gain" and promote students'al-round development and long-termfeedback.It is expected to build a more vibrant funding and education ecology and promote the high-quality development ofcollege funding work.
