AbstractIn emergency nursing work,nurses face many pressures such asunknown work environment dynamics,highintensity workload,complex interpersonal interactions,and ethical and legal norms.Scenario simulation teaching has significantadvantages inemergencynursing training.Thehighsimulationscenarios itconstructscanpromotethecollborative developmentofnurses'practicalabilitiesandthinking,andenhancetheirteamcollaborationeficiency.Thearticleaimsto explore the cultivation mechanism ofnurses'stress coping ability. Through strategies such as stressperceptionand cognitive reconstruction,layered trainingofcopingskils,dynamicimprovement ofpsychologicalresilience,andoptimizationofteam collaboration mechanism,thestresscopingabilityofemergencynurses can be efectivelyenhanced, providingstrongsupport for improving the quality of emergency nursing and ensuring the safety of patients' lives.
