Exploration of Teaching Reform in Pipeline Network and Pump Station Course under the Background of Engineering

AbstractTaking the Pipeline Network and Pumping Station course for environmental science and engineering major as anexample,tis paper discusses thereform paths and practical efectsoffirst-classcurriculumconstructionunder the background of emerging engineering education. It proposes reform measures in teaching paradigms, practical teaching, and curiculum content: constructing a student-centered teaching paradigm,establishing a multi-level practical teaching system,breaking through the limitations of traditional textbooks,and optimizing thecurriculum knowledge system. Through teaching reform practice, the teaching quality of the course has been significantly improved,and students' engineeringpracticeabilityinovativetinking,andprofessonalitracyhavebeenobviouslyeaned,providingusefl references for the reform of talent cultivation models for environmental science and enginering majors under the background of emerging engineering education.
