AbstractWith the rapid development ofartificial inteligence （AI） technology， it has brought profound changes in various fields.The field of cadre training is also facing unprecedented opportunities.This paper deply explores how to seize the opportunitiesof AI to accelerate the innovation ofcadre training.Itanalyzes theapplicationpotentialofAI technology incustomizedtraining content，improved teaching methods，andoptimized training management forcadres， expounds on the issues needing attention during the integration process，and proposes corresponding innovative strategies to improvethe efficiency，quality，and pertinence of cadre training，soas to meet the needs of cadre team construction in the new era.
