AbstractThis study explores the teaching reformpathofcomputermajor graduationdesign intheeraof generative AI,andconstructsathree-dimensional governance frameworkof "policyeducation technology"toachievethe twoway empowerment of human-machine collaboration and academic ethics.The pilot practice has shown that phased standardizedmanagementandeducational guidancecanimprove theeficiencyofauxiliarylinks,limittheintervention of AIincore links,andefectively enhance students'independent innovationability.Although falsepositives and technologicaldependenciesstillexist,theeffectivenessofthe "norm+education+technology"strategyinbalancingAI empowerment and academic integrity has been validated through dynamic policy iterationand interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize detection algorithms.
