AbstractIdeological andpoliticaleducation isaneffectivemeans to fulfillthe fundamental taskoffostering virtue through education, while employment guidance isan important measure to guide students in establishing correct views on talent cultivation,carer,and employment.The organic integration of ideological and political education and employment guidance is conducive to improving students' comprehensive quality and employability. Aiming to enhancethe qualityof employment services incollges and universities and alleviate college students'employment anxiety,and ultimately to effectively help college students achieve full and high-quality employment, this paper explores the practical significance and basic principlesof the inovative integration of ideological and political education and employment guidance in the new media era,anddelves into the paths for the innovative integration of ideological and political education and employment guidance in colleges and universities.
