Research on Teaching Innovation Team Building for Teachers in Vocational Institutions

AbstractThe construction of teaching innovation team of teachers in vocational collges is an inevitable move to reach the educational goals of vocational collges,an inevitable demand for the development of vocational colleges, and an effective way to improve the ability of teachers in vocational coleges. Objectively analyzing the status quoof unreasonable structure,insuficient construction conditions and lack of collaborative spirit of teachers' teaching innovation team in vocational collges and universities in China,put forward the construction strategies ofoptimizing the structure of teachers'teaching innovation team,improving the guarantee mechanismofteachers'taching innovation team and promoting thecollaborative spirit of teamwork,so as to provide referenceforthe construction of teachers' teaching innovation team of higher vocational colleges and universities in China.
