Research on the Guidance Model of Ideological and Political Education for College Counselors in the New Era

AbstractThe main responsibilities ofacounselor include helping students establish acorrct worldview，outlook on life，and values，strengthening ideologicaland political work，and promoting students'comprehensive development. The article analyzes the responsibilities and missions of college counselors in the new era，and explores the core concepts and construction paths of ideological and political education guidance models.The research content mainly includes personalized guidance，interdisciplinary integration，interactive gudance，entertaining guidance，and therole transformation ofcounselors，aimingto provide new theoretical support and practical guidance for collge counselors to carry out ideological and political education.
