AbstractWith therapid development of higher education in China，strengthening the ideological guidance and value shaping of colege students has becomea top priorityinthe management of university students.Asthe backbone of carying out ideological and political education for colege students，college counselors havebecomean inevitable choice inthe new erato guide student management work withthe conceptof "student-centered".Thearticleanalyzes the current situatioof student management bycollege counselors，clarifies the necessityof introducing the conceptof "studentcentered"，and proposesaninovative path forcollegecounselorstudent managementbasedontheconceptof "studentcentered， in order to provide reference for doing a good job in colege student managementunder the new situation.
