AbstractThe article takesDongbei UniversityofFinanceandEconomics asan exampleto studythe practical efects ofthe graduate training pathofartificialinteligence+management scienceand engineering. Construct an evaluationindex systemfromthreedimensionsofartificialintelligence knowledge,skils,andawareness,collect342validdatathrougha questionaire survey,and conduct empirical research using factor analysis and multiplelinear regresson methods.The results indicate that the application abilityof artificial intellgence technology, mastery of basic principles and key technologies,and ethicalcognition have asignificant positive effectonthe employment situation of graduate students in management scienceandengineering disciplines.This studyvalidatestheeffectivenessof theartificial inteligence+ management science and engineering training path,providing theoretical and practical basis for universities tooptimize interdisciplinary talent training models.
