Survey on Academic Atmosphere in Local Universities in Yunnan: Identification of Issues and Strategies for Leveraging the Primary Role of All Stakeholders

AbstractThe construction of academic atmosphere in universities is related to the effectivenessofmoral education and talent cultivation,andthe task is heavyandtheroad is long. Inorder to gainadeeper understanding oftheacademic atmosphere among local universitystudents in Yunnan Province,locatedon the southwesternborder, theresearch team conducted a special study onacademic atmosphere.The results showed thatoverallthe academic atmosphere is positive,but there are also many problems. Based on the role of various stakeholders,suggestions are proposed to strengthen and improve the constructionof academic atmosphere: onthe basis of actively integrating into the "big ideological and political" work pattrn,strengthen guidance,teaching,enjoyment of learning,and immersion,and optimize the academic atmosphere through multi-party linkage and coordination.
