Construction of the Evaluation System for the Implementation Effect of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Nursing Programs

AbstractAgainst the backdrop ofincreasing demands forcomprehensive literacy in nursing professionals,constructing an evaluation system for the effectivenessof ideologicaland political education in higher vocational nursing programs has become crucial.Focusing on this isse,this paper builds on the orientationof professionalcompetence,adheres to the core concept of whole-process education,and follows the principles of construction based on nursing practice. Evaluation criteria are determined from content and time dimensions,and a multi-stakeholder evaluation system is established,involving self- and peer evaluations by teachers and students,as wellas industry participation. A measurementapproachcombiningquantitativeandqualitative methods isadopted,leveraging classroom,practical,and online platforms as assessment cariers. Results are validated through multi-source data comparison and follow-up feedback.The study constructs a scientific and efective evaluation system, which is of great significance for improving the qualityofideologicaland politicaleducationandcultivatinghigh-qualitynursing talents meting industryrequirements.
