近十年大学生心理健康教育课教学模式述评

摘 要 教学模式对大学生心理健康教育课(简称“大心课”)课堂教学的效果和质量有重要影响。文章梳理了近十年对“大心课”教学模式的研究,发现多理论探讨,少实证研究;集中于“翻转课堂”“对分课堂”等四种教学模式。文章重点对这几种教学模式在“大心课”中的应用进行分析、评述和展望,从而为课堂教学提供借鉴。

A Review about the Teaching Mode of Mental Health Education Courses

for College Students in Recent Ten Years

Abstract Teaching mode has an important influence on the effect and quality of the classroom teaching of college students’ mental health education course. This paper reviews the research about the teaching mode of mental health education courses for college students in recent ten years, and finds that there are more theoretical discussions and less empirical research; It focuses on four teaching modes, such as "flipped classroom" and "divided classroom". This paper focuses on the analysis, comment and prospect of the application research of these teaching modes in course of mental health education, so as to provide reference for classroom teaching.
